Quick repair guide

Tighten a loose cabinet handle

A loose pull is a manageable place to start. Check the hardware before adding force.

  1. 01

Empty the drawer or cabinet and open it so you can reach the back of the handle.

  2. 02

Hold the handle steady from the front. Tighten its screw gently from inside with the right screwdriver.

  3. 03

If the screw keeps turning, the handle cracks, or the wood is damaged, stop and match replacement hardware before continuing.

Don’t force a stripped screw. A clean stop is part of a good repair.

RV & trailer / before you roll

Make the walk-around count.

Check tire condition and pressure against the manufacturer’s guidance, test lights, confirm the hitch and safety chains, and secure loose gear. Leave brake, gas, structural, and complex electrical work to qualified technicians.
